Zutaten:
-2-3 Zucchini
- 500g Kartoffeln
- 3 Mittelgroße Möhren
- Gemüsebrühe
- (Würstchen nach Belieben)
Zubereitung:
Zucchini, Kartoffeln, Möhren schälen und und in Scheiben schneiden. Das Zerkleinerte Gemüse in einem Kopf mit etwas Öl 3-5 Minuten anbraten.
Wasser hinzufügen sodass, das Gemüse nur leicht mit Wasser bedeckt ist, Gemüsebrühe dazugeben und alles solange Kochen bis das Gemüse weich ist.
Den Kochtopf von der Herdplatte nehmen und die Suppe mit einem Pürierstab Pürieren.
